"Disable file attachment" is the feature for Teams to disable file attachments to Note and Message on Stock.
Disable file download
"Disable file download" is the feature for Teams to disable file download attached to Note and Message on mobile. In addition, the preview of photo, movie, and audio files is also disabled.
Revision history
"Revision history" feature allows you to check the history of all changes made in the past for Enterprise plan(* up to the latest 100 versions for Business plan).
All the contents of Notes written in the past are backed up automatically.
You can check who wrote what and when, so you don't have to worry about multiple people working together.
Disablemobile access
You can disable the access from the designated mobile devices.
This feature is efficient when you would like to disable the access from private smartphone or tablet devices.
Force two-factor authentication
"Force two-factor authentication" is a function that allows you to force all members of your team to set up two-factor authentication.
By making the two-factor authentication setting mandatory, you can use Stock with enhanced security.
Analytics & Reports
By exporting "Analytics & Reports", you can check the number of views on each Note and the number of Notes created by each member.
