This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy".) sets out how Stock Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", “our” or “us”) uses information about customers including personal information, in relation to the services (hereinafter referred to as the " Service") that the Company provides.


Article 1 Definition of Personal Information

When a customer uses or tries out the Service, the Company will acquire personal information in the following manner to the extent necessary for us to provide the Service.

Note that the e-mail addresses of users who have not registered for the Service may be displayed in the Service when users register to use the Service.


  1. Methods that customers provide the Company by filling in the input form provided by us.
  2. Methods provided by other services when the customer permits linkage with such other services in the use of the Service.
  3. By means of an inquiry form provided by the customer through the Service or the Company's website.

【Acquisition using Google Analytics】

【Collection through Google Analytics】

【Acquisition using access logs】

When a customer accesses the Company’s website, we record and store information in the form of an access log on our server.

The contents recorded in the access log include the date and time of access, the customer's domain name, IP address, the type of browser being used, referrer URLs, and other information. This information is used to improve the usability of our servers, server management, and the Service, but is not used to collect or analyze personal information.


【Equipment information acquisition】

The Company may obtain information on the device used by the customer (OS, individual identification information of the terminal, computer name, etc.). This information is used to provide better service, to verify your identity, and to prevent fraudulent activities that may interfere with the normal provision of the Service.


【Information handled when registering to use the service】

When you invite others to use the Service, the name and e-mail address of the invited user (hereinafter referred to as the "Inviting User") will be disclosed to you. You are responsible for inviting others to use the Service, and we are not responsible for the Inviting User. You shall be responsible for the actions of the Inviting User. In addition, we may disclose to the Inviting User’s information that is shared within your organization on the Service as a notification.

Article 4 Method of Termination of Use

A customer may request the suspension of the use of all or part of the user information by making the prescribed settings for the Service, in which case the Company will promptly suspend the use of such information in accordance with the provisions prescribed by the Company. In such cases, the Company will promptly stop the use of the information only when you withdraw from this Service in accordance with the Company's stipulations.


Article 5 Provision to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal information among user information to any third party without prior consent of the customer, except when disclosure is permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations, or when stipulated in this Policy. However, this shall not apply in the following cases.


  1. When the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
  2. Cases in which personal information is provided as a result of the succession of business due to merger or other reasons.
  3. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government to execute affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the customer's consent may interfere with the execution of such affairs.
  4. When permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
  5. Other cases in which the Company reasonably determines that it is necessary to provide the Service to you.

Article 6 Disclaimer Regarding Provision to Third Parties

Even if personal information is acquired by a third party for reasons other than those specified in the items of the preceding article, the Company will not be liable in any of the following cases.


  1. When the customer voluntarily provides personal information to a third party
  2. When a customer provides personal information through the API provided by the Company by connecting with a third-party service by himself/herself.
  3. In the event that an individual is inadvertently identified through registration details other than personally identifiable information.
  4. In the event of intentional or negligent conduct on the part of the customer.

Article 7 Disclosure of Personal Information

When the Company receives a request from a customer for disclosure of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will disclose the information to the customer without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself (if the relevant personal information does not exist, we will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply to cases in which we are not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.


Article 8 Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

  1. If a customer requests correction of the content of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information on the grounds that the personal information is untrue, or if the personal information is used for purposes other than those announced in advance, or if the personal information was collected through deception or other wrongful means, the Company will make the necessary investigation without delay after confirming the identity of the customer and, based on the results of the investigation, correct the personal information or suspend its use, In cases where a customer requests the suspension of use of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself, and based on the results, we will correct the content of the personal information or suspend its use, and notify the customer accordingly. If we decide not to correct or suspend the use of personal information based on reasonable grounds, we will notify the customer to that effect.
  2. If a customer requests erasure of his/her personal information, and if we deem it necessary to comply with the request, we will erase the personal information after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself and notify the customer accordingly. If we deem it necessary to comply with such a request, we will erase the personal information and notify the customer of such erasure.
  3. The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to make corrections, etc. or suspend use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

Article 9 Data Protection

After the Company collects data from you, we will, in principle, retain the information only to the extent that it fulfills the purposes described in this Policy. However, this does not apply to anonymized and aggregated data. Some data may still be retained in our systems beyond the data retention period in order to comply with legal obligations, to collect unpaid fees, to exercise legal rights, or to initiate investigations necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes.

Article 11 Changes to Privacy Policy
