You can complete the process from “Change plan” page on desktop.

Please be noted that a variety of restrictions are imposed if you downgrade from a paid plan to Free plan.

* No Refund will be given for the overpayment from the former contract.

* You can change your plan only with desktop, Not on a smart phone.

* Only Administrators can change plan.

1. Click “Settings” in the upper right corner and “Your Team name”.

2. Click “Utilization status” displayed in the menu on the left side and “Change to Free plan”.
