What problems will happen when I change from a paid plan to Free plan?

If you revert to Free plan, the following problems will occur all at once.

Confirm that any of your Team members really need help.


1. The number of Notes will be significantly limited.

The number of Notes you can create, which used to be unlimited, will be greatly limited.

If you have already created more Notes than the Free plan limit by now, you will not be able to create any new Notes unless they become under the number of limit.


2. Storage capacity will be limited strictly

The available amount of file attachment will also be greatly limited going forward.

If your Team has already attached more than the Free plan limit by now, you will not be able to attach any photos or files unless the amount becomes under the limit.


3. Limited-member and Single-folder guest role are no longer available

Limited-member and Single-folder guest role, which are suitable for part-time workers and external business partners, will no longer be available at all.

Please note that the moment you switch to the Free plan, all users who had Limited-member role and Single-folder guest role will now have “Member” role.


4. The data accidentally deleted cannot be restored

You have been able to restore the data deleted accidentally.

However If you choose the Free plan, you will not be able to restore any data that you accidentally delete.


5. You will not be able to archive or restore from “Archived”

Until now, you have been able to freely archive information that you do not utilize frequently (“Archive feature”).

In the Free plan, you will not be able to archive, nor restore any information that is already in “Archived”.


6. The contents of Notes will no longer be backed up

For paid plan Teams, Stock would automatically back up all the information you wrote in your Notes.

It will not be backed up at all going forward, so if someone accidentally overwrites the information, it cannot be restored at all.


7. You will not be able to restore Revision history of Notes

For paid plan Teams, you can freely restore the information in your Notes at any time with a single click.

From now on, even if you want to restore information from a past point in time, you will not be able to do so at all.


8. Priority Support will no longer be available

Have you been satisfied with Stock’s support so far?

Priority support, which is given to those with paid plans, will no longer be available.


9. Notes that exceed 20 Notes will be deleted

Notes that exceed the Free plan limit (20 Notes) will be deleted.


10. “Reader” role is no longer available

users who were previously set to “Reader” in each Folder will now be changed to “Editor”.
