You can delete a Folder in the following way.

＜Desktop＞

Click the gear icon on the upper of All Notes area and “Delete this Folder”.

You can also delete Folders from “Settings” on header > “Team settings” > “Folder management”.

＜Mobile＞

Tap the setting icon on the upper of All Notes area and “Delete this Folder”.
