When the attached video does not sound when played on a smartphone

If there is no audio in a video on a smartphone, it is often because the video is set to mute in the playback player.

Please recheck the audio settings by referring to the following image. If the audio symbol is not shaded as shown in the image and is displayed correctly, the audio is correctly set to play.
