The total capacity of “Notes” and “Files (including images) attached to messages” is the total capacity being used by the team.

▼ Capacity that can be used by a team

＜Free Plan＞

Capacity usable by a team: 1GB / per team

＜Business Plan＞

Available capacity per person: 10GB / per person

※Example: In the case of a team of 50 members

Available space for a team: 500GB

＜Enterprise Plan＞

Usable capacity per person: 20GB / per person

※Example: A team of 50 members

Available capacity for a team: 1,000GB

▼Notes

・Text is not included in the capacity.

・Please note that the data capacity limit does not increase each month.

・Please note that the capacity in use includes the capacity of files saved in past versions of the Reversion history function.

Therefore, simply deleting a file in the notebook will not decrease the capacity in use by the team.

(This is because the deleted file remains in the past version of the edit history function.)

・To reduce the amount of space in use by the team, the notebook itself must be deleted.
