The total capacity of the files (including images) attached to the note and message is the capacity being used by the team.

Note that the capacity in use also includes the capacity of files saved in previous versions of the Revision history function.

Therefore, simply deleting a file on the notebook does not reduce the space in use by your team. (※This is because the deleted file remains in the past version of the Revision history function.)

To reduce the amount of space in use by your team, you must delete the note itself.
