You can set up two-step verification by following the steps below.
※You can deactivate two-step verification or reacquire the backup code at any time from the two-step verification settings screen.
※Only Teams for a paid plan can use Two-factor authentication.
<For the PC version>
①Click “Settings” in the upper right corner and “Personal settings”.
②Click “Two-factor authentication” in the menu on the left side and enter your password.
③Follow the steps on the screen, enter the “Authentication code” and click “Enable”.
④On completion of enabling Two-factor authentication, keep backup codes displayed on the screen somewhere safe.
⑤If two-step verification has been activated, the settings screen will show “Two-factor authentication is enabled in this account.” is displayed.
<For the smartphone app version>
①Tap “Settings” > “Two-factor authentication”.
②Enter your password and tap “Go settings”.
③ Follow the steps displayed on the screen, enter the “Authentication code” and tap “Enable”.
④When you have activated two-step verification, you will see a backup code, so please copy the code and store it in a safe place.
⑤If two-step verification is enabled, the settings screen will say “Two-factor authentication is enabled in this account.” is displayed.
