❚ 1 Reset your password
Reset your password from this page.
❚ 2 If your resetting is successful
We send an email for resetting your password to the entered email address.
Reset your password and sign in again after receiving the email.
❚ 3 If you cannot resetting your password
The most common causes to fail resetting password is as follows.
Check below and try again.
①You may have entered double-byte characters in your email address (e.g. “s[email protected]”)
Enter single-byte characters.
②You may have entered a blank in your email address (e.g. “ [email protected]”, “[email protected] “)
Delete the blank.
③The email address you entered is not registered to Stock
Check again if the email address you registered to Stock is correct.
If there is no mistake, you may have been removed from the team by the team administrator.
In this case, checking the situation with the administrator of the team you were a member of may help to determine the cause.
