2. Change browsers
Change browsers and try again because some problems are resolved by changing browsers.

3. Disable add-on
Disable add-on and try again because some problems are caused by add-on (extension tool).
* Try “Disable”. you do not need to delete add-on.
* After disabling add-on, restart your browser. The cause is the add-on if you attach files successfully after this process.
4. Delete cookie and cache
Delete cookie and cache and try again, because the problem is caused by your browser.
Beware that all input histories are deleted when you delete cookie.
5. Disable security software temporarily
Disable security software temporarily and try again, because the problem is caused by your security soft.
