All contracts are automatically renewed regardless of a contract type.

Therefore, you do not need to follow any process to renew your contract.

At the next day of the end of the contracted period, the contract is renewed automatically for the same plan and the same period.

【In the case of an annual contract】

Ex) If your contract was made on February 1, 2019,

your contract is automatically renewed at February 1, 2020 as annual contract for the same plan as the former contract.

【In the case of a monthly contract】

Ex) If your contract was made on February 1, 2019,

your contract is automatically renewed at March 1, 2019 as monthly contract for the same plan as the former contract.

Note that your contract is never renewed if you downgrade your Team from a paid plan to Free plan or cancel your Team.
