If you are not receiving emails from Stock, check the following items.
Step1:Check your spam folder
Check your mailer’s spam folder to make sure it has not been sorted into your spam folder.
Step2:Confirm that the source address of the Stock can be received
check to see if the e-mail address from which you received the following Stock is on the recipient rejection list.
For Gmail: Your inbox is divided into three tabs: “Main,” “Social,” and “Promotions,” so please check to see if the emails from Stock have been assigned to “Promotions” or “Social.
Step3:Mail Server Settings
If you are using a company e-mail address, your company’s mail server may be configured to not receive e-mails from Stock.
Contact your information system staff to inform them that you are unable to receive e-mails from “[email protected]”.
Step4:Contact us
If the Step 1 through Step 3 above do not resolve the issue, you may be on the temporary email unsubscribe list for some reason.
