You can pre-set initial values for new users’ personal settings in the following ways.

※This function is only available on the Enterprise plan. It can also only be set on the PC version.

※This applies uniformly to all new users who join the team in the future.

※This is only a function that allows you to set the “default values” for personal settings. It is not possible to change the personal settings of users who have already joined the team using this function.

① Click on Settings > Team settings in the header.

②From “Default settings for new members”, you can set the following items.

・Language

・Push notification

・EMail settings

・Individual settings for those who wish to reduce notifications

・Other settings
