The ‘new message’ notification is sent one hour after a message is received, with a summary of the creation and update information during that hour.

(Example)

① At 15:00, a message from Mr A is received

② At 15:30, a message from Mr B is received

③ At 16:00, notifications for (1) and (2) are sent together

In addition, even if you have set “No notification”, you will be notified if the message is clearly “addressed to you”.

• ・Messages specified by you “@”
• ・A message specified by “@” for all users
• ・One-to-one direct messages (messages not tied to a note)
• ・Notification messages for tasks for which you are set as the requester or person in charge
