The ‘Notes created and updated’ notification allows you to set the frequency of notifications.

For example, if you set it to ‘Every hour’, you will be notified one hour after a note is created or updated by another user, with a summary of the creation and update information during that hour.

(example) when set to “Every hour”

① At 15:00, another user (Mr. A) creates a note

② At 15:30, another user (Mr. B) updates the note

③ At 16:00, notifications for (1) and (2) are sent together

In addition, the frequency of notifications can be set to “every 5 minutes” at minimum.

Stock uses an automatic saving specification to ensure that the information you have entered is not deleted. Edits to notes are automatically saved every few seconds, so you will not receive an immediate notification each time you create or update a note.
