Folder groups and folders cannot be arranged alternately.

If folder groups are created and there are folders that do not belong to a folder group, the folder groups will appear at the top and the folders will appear at the bottom, regardless of the folder sort order setting.

In this case, the order among folder groups and folders follows the folder’s sort order setting.

However, folders that do not belong to a folder group cannot be arranged between folder groups or vice versa.
