I can’t create a Note even though there are less than 20 Notes existing on my team

Effective May 19, 2022, the limit on the number of Notes for the Free Plan has been changed from 20 Notes to 20 cumulative notes created.

Creating and saving a note counts as “one Note creation,” and once you reach a cumulative total of 20 Note creations, you will no longer be able to create new Notes.


Please note that the sample notes automatically given to users upon registration are not included in the “cumulative 20 note creations”.

Deleting a note does not reduce the count of the number of Notes created.
