<1. Check the network environment>

<2. Update the app and browser>

Update your PC version of the app, browser or smartphone app to the latest version.


<3. Reload the screen>

If network conditions are temporarily deteriorating, reloading the screen in the following way may improve the situation.

<Desktop>


❚ For Windows


①Push “F5” key to reload.


②Push the “x” button to open the browser or the PC version of the application again.


❚ For Mac


①Push “Command” + “R” keys to reload.


②Push “Command” + “Q” keys to exit the browser or app and re-open it to restart it.



<Mobile>


❚ For iOS (iPhone)


Push Home button twice and swipe up Stock app to restart.
