An invoice amount for new contract is offset by the amount which was paid in the former contract, and you will be charged the difference.
ã€In the case of annual contract】
ex) If you have an annual contract from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019, and upgrade your plan on November 25, 2018,
you will be charged the balance of A and B.
A: The total amount of new contract from November 25, 2018 to November 24, 2019
B: The overpaid amount of the remaining former contract from November 25, 2018 to March 31, 2019
ã€In the Case of monthly contract】
ex) If you have a monthly contract from April 1, 2018 to April 30, 2018, and upgrade your plan at April 25, 2018,
you will be charged the difference, A-B.
A. the total amount of new contract from April 25, 2018 to April 30, 2018(For month-to-month contracts, the contract is valid until the end of the month in which the date of the plan change falls.)
B. the overpaid amount of the former contract from April 25, 2018 to April 30, 2018
※In both cases, no Refund will be given for the overpayment from the former contract even if B is greater than A.
